Jack describes himself as a very unsentimental individual. He has recently bought and moved on to a house boat. In order to save space he has disposed of many of his possessions, which he described doing with relative ease. However, one of the items he did not part with was a box of unopened letters written to him by his mother. He described his relationship with his mother as being rather problematic. The letters stem back from 2011, and he doesn't think he'll ever open them. He wants to keep them out of a sign of respect and appreciation, and on the off chance that maybe one day he would like to have a read through.
