Since August 2019 I have worked as a Barre, Sculpt, Dynamic Body, Dynamic Stretch, and HIIT instructor at venues including Sadhanna YogaBlok, and More Yoga.

Whilst teaching these different practices I draw on my knowledge of techniques and principles from ballet, contemporary dance, yoga and pilates. The classes I teach are full body workouts designed to strengthen, lengthen, decrease body mass, tone, and increase body awareness and range of movement, and are applicable to all levels and ages. At the beginning and end of each class I invite students to find a moment of calm, in order to improve mindfulness and mental wellbeing (as well as physical).
